APPOINTMENTS Please call the office number for an appointment or send an email as all patients are seen by appointment only. Every effort is made to see patients in crisis situations on the same day. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request. If you are not covered by insurance and are experiencing financial difficulties, referral for assistance to help pay for your visits is available. I am also happy to offer sliding scale rates to uninsured clients. If you are covered by insurance, please see the insurance page on this site, or check with your insurance company to see if I am a provider on your insurance plan. On your first visit, you will be asked to complete a small amount of paperwork upon arrival. These forms can also be emailed to you upon request. PLEASE NOTE: If you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else, please call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room. |
